REPNOTES PARTNER PROGRAMME

Help allied-health clinics build a better documentation workflow

Two transparent programmes for Australian clinic advocates and organisations that help health practices implement, improve or learn new systems.

WHY PARTNER

A practical clinic offer, backed by KINETEC onboarding

Repnotes supports structured, clinician-reviewed progress-note workflows and integrates with Cliniko and Nookal. Partners introduce suitable clinic businesses; KINETEC qualifies the clinic, demonstrates the product and leads the first implementations.

TWO PROGRAMMES

Choose the relationship that fits

The programmes share the same clinic benefit but have different partner rewards and onboarding requirements.

FOR EXISTING REPNOTES CLINICS

Clinic advocate referrals

For clinic owners who want to recommend Repnotes to another independent clinic business.

Referred clinic
20% off its first 12 paid monthly invoices, or 10% off its first paid annual invoice.
Referring clinic
A non-cash plan-matched credit after 60 continuous paid days, plus a first-qualified pilot bonus after 90 continuous paid days.

How it works

  1. Accept the Clinic Referral Terms in the Repnotes app or Clinic Portal.
  2. Create a unique clinic referral code.
  3. Share the code with the required commercial disclosure.
  4. The new clinic enters the code when registering.
  5. KINETEC confirms eligibility and leads onboarding.

HEALTH-PARTNER ONBOARDING

From fit check to supported clinic onboarding

  1. 1

    Fit conversation

We confirm your audience, services, channel and any product-overlap or conflict considerations.

  2. 2

    Programme checks

KINETEC completes business, privacy, claims and payment diligence. A signed commercial partner agreement is required.

  3. 3

    Training and code

You complete a 45-minute enablement session and receive a unique code, disclosure wording and approved material.

  4. 4

    First introductions

A consented introduction can receive 90-day protection. A missed code has a strict seven-day correction window, requires both sides to confirm, and cannot displace a competing attribution. Patient information must never be included.

  5. 5

    Clinic onboarding

KINETEC runs demonstrations, commercial discussions and the first three implementations while the partner observes.

  6. 6

    Review and reconcile

Introductions and settled subscriptions are reconciled. Eligible commercial commissions are reviewed and paid quarterly.

ATTRIBUTION CONTROLS

Protected introductions without hidden ownership

Partners may register a consented business contact introduction for 90-day protection. Repnotes stores a normalised email hash for matching, not patient data. Protection expires automatically and does not override an earlier valid claim.

Seven-day correction

If an eligible clinic misses the code at signup, KINETEC may apply a seven-day correction only when the clinic and partner both confirm the introduction and no competing claim exists. The original offer version, tier and commission rate are then locked on the attribution.

A GOOD INTRODUCTION

Business-to-business, consented and privacy-safe

Qualified clinic

An Australian allied-health clinic with an ABN, a decision-maker involved, a genuine documentation-workflow need and no existing Repnotes subscription.

Clear disclosure

Partners disclose: “I may receive a commission or service credit if your clinic subscribes using my referral.”

No patient referrals

The programme is for referring clinic businesses to business software. It does not pay for patient, participant or clinical referrals.

No patient data

Introductions contain business contact information only—never patient names, notes, health information or NDIS participant identifiers.

PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES

A defined, non-clinical role

  • Use approved descriptions and display the referral disclosure.
  • Introduce only clinic businesses that agreed to the introduction.
  • Keep patient data and production credentials out of the referral process.
  • Complete only documented non-clinical configuration after enablement.

Claims we do not permit

Partners must not describe Repnotes as guaranteeing compliance, being “audit proof”, producing error-free notes, guaranteeing time savings or guaranteeing clinical outcomes.

Clinicians remain responsible for reviewing, correcting and approving clinical documentation.

START A CONVERSATION

Could Repnotes fit the clinics you support?

Tell us who you work with, how you support clinics and the kind of partnership you have in mind. We will start with a short fit conversation—never a patient-level demonstration.

Pilot participation is subject to eligibility, programme capacity and signed terms. Commercial arrangements are non-exclusive.
