Important: These terms apply to clinic advocates only. Independent consultants, advisers and communities must use a separate written commercial partner agreement. Compare the two partner programmes.
1. The offer
An eligible new clinic that uses a valid clinic advocate code receives 20% off its first 12 paid monthly invoices or 10% off its first paid annual invoice. The benefit begins when paid service starts and expires 12 calendar months later. It applies only while invoice limits and the 12-month term remain.
A referral discount cannot be combined with another promotion or discount. It applies to the Repnotes subscription price before any eligible clinic account credit. GST and any separately agreed implementation or professional-service fees are not discounted.
2. Clinic advocate credits
After the referred clinic completes 60 continuous paid days, the referring clinic may earn one plan-matched account credit. For the first qualified referral attributed to that advocate during this pilot, a second plan-matched credit may be earned after 90 continuous paid days.
Each credit is calculated using the lower-priced plan of the referring clinic and the referred clinic at the time KINETEC evaluates the milestone. The referring clinic must have an active paid Repnotes subscription and remain eligible at evaluation. Credits are non-cash, non-transferable, cannot be withdrawn, and may be applied only to a future Repnotes subscription invoice.
Refunds, chargebacks, interrupted paid service, ineligible or duplicate entities, or fraud can prevent a milestone or reverse an affected credit. If a reversed credit was already used or reserved, KINETEC may recover that amount on a later invoice.
3. Eligibility and attribution
- One code may be used per new clinic and should be entered during registration.
- The referred business must not already have a Repnotes subscription.
- Self-referrals, duplicate legal entities, fabricated accounts and misleading promotion are not eligible.
- Attribution is determined by Repnotes records. A missed code can be corrected only within seven days of account creation, where both clinics confirm it and no competing attribution exists.
4. Disclosure
The referring clinic must display this statement clearly wherever it publishes or shares its code: “My clinic may receive a service credit if your clinic subscribes using my referral.”
5. Acceptable promotion
Claims must be accurate and must not describe Repnotes as guaranteeing compliance, being audit proof, guaranteeing time savings or producing clinical outcomes. The programme is for business-software referrals between clinics. Codes must not be used to induce patient or NDIS participant referrals.
6. Privacy
Do not send patient information, clinical notes, health information or NDIS participant identifiers. Repnotes records the referred clinic identifier and business name for attribution. The referring clinic does not receive the referred clinic’s email address through the claim record.
7. Fraud, suspension and prospective changes
KINETEC PTY LTD may investigate, suspend or reverse fraudulently obtained credits, and may close or change the programme prospectively. A prospective change applies to later referrals and does not silently change the offer version recorded against an earlier valid attribution. Earned discounts and valid credits already applied will not be removed without a documented eligibility, reversal or fraud reason.
8. Complaints and contact
Questions or complaints can be sent to admin@kinetec.com.au. Include the clinic business name and referral code, but no patient information.
Draft programme terms. Australian legal review is required before production publication or reliance.
