Got questions? We've got answers about integrations, compliance, and workflow.
Repnotes includes Smart Note Templates covering all standard clinical models (SOAP, DAP, BIRP, PIE, SBAR, etc.) alongside structural templates (Initial Consult, Standard Consult). Selecting a template from the dropdown instantly configures your note structure, enabling or hiding relevant NDIS sections. If you manually adjust any sections, the system's adaptive logic will automatically infer the closest template, keeping your workflow seamless.
We currently offer integrations with Cliniko and Nookal. Our API connections allow you to import patient profiles from your calendar and push fully formatted NDIS Progress Notes right into their official electronic health record with one tap.
Patient notes created by AI (such as those from CliniScribe or PatientNotes) rely heavily on audio transcription and AI-generated summaries, which can lead to unpredictable formatting, missing fields, or clinical inaccuracies. Repnotes eliminates this risk by utilising a data-driven, structured form submission. We pull hard data straight from the patient's exercise logs, guaranteeing your NDIS Progress Notes are well-formatted, strictly controlled, and perfectly consistent every time.
You can still use Repnotes! For non-integrated platforms, Repnotes acts as a powerful standalone NDIS note generator. You can export the formatted NDIS Progress Note as a DOCX file and drag-and-drop it into your patient's existing file.
Yes, if they are performing exercises at home! Patients use the Repnotes app to view their prescribed Home Exercise Programs (HEPs) and log their progress. However, Repnotes is also designed for in-clinic use. Practitioners can select a patient, conduct the exercises together during a session, and log the results directly. In both cases, the logged data and Goal Attainment Scaling (GAS) automatically feed back into your next NDIS progress note, eliminating double data entry.
Absolutely. Repnotes supports full Home Exercise Program (HEP) management. Clinics and practitioners are highly encouraged to create their own custom goals, holds, and exercises. You can then share these custom routines across your entire clinic and easily prescribe them to your patients.
An Android or iOS device is required. Install the Repnotes app for ultimate convenience for both practitioners and patients.
Repnotes is intuitive and easy to use, but if you need additional support, we offer induction training via Zoom for your team. Simply request it by emailing hello@repnotes.com.au.
All subscriptions include unlimited patients, clinical note generation, PMS integrations (Cliniko, Nookal), and NDIS-compliant templates. For detailed pricing tiers, please visit our Pricing page.
